Refund Policy
To ensure a smooth return process, please contact us in advance at info@le-mari-correct.com before returning any item.
We do not accept returns or cancellations due to customer preference after purchase. However, if your artwork arrives damaged or defective, we will accept a return only if you notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The artwork must be unused.
- The artwork must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be included.

2. Once approved, we will provide detailed instructions, including the return address.
3. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you discover any defect, damage, or other issue, please contact us as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned artwork, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing may take up to 10 business days depending on your provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
